In Rihana-ye, the past tense is indicated by the verb prefix wi- though all other verb forms are now suffixes. At one time, the future was indicated by the prefix vi, but it is now a suffix. On the other hand, at one time the past prefix wi was regularized as a suffix, but now it is simply irregular. John Leland
