AFAIK Kyrgyz has both row and labial vowel harmony plus consonantal
dissimilation:
Plural suffix -lar is realized in 12 (sic!) variants:
- zhaj.lar / kishi.ler / too.lor / üjlör / bal.dar / kijim.der / kojan.dor /
köl.dör / at.tar / kitep.ter / zholdosh.tor / kojnök.tör -
ObConlang: Kumanzha has both row and labial vowel harmony too, but only for
high vowels i/y/u/ü, as in Turkish. Low vowels usually lack /o/ variant, and
rather few affixes have /ö/, so the alternative for low vowels is usu. only a/e
[æ]. Taking into account that front rounded vowels tend to break into
palatal+(more centered) back sequences: |sözlük| [s_joz_j"l_juk_j]
"dictionary", we may speak about palatal harmony...
