One thing about this discussion of Plan B has surprised me. I always assumed that all individual words begin with the consonant allophone, whereas others on this list have interpreted the whole utterance as the string, so that individual words may begin with either a vowel or a consonant, depending solely on the last sound of the previous word. stevo </HTML>
