Please!!! Help me save my computer!!!

Please! This is a last hope call!!

My computer has been infected by a virus (called W32/yaha.g@mm by McAfee). I
don't know how that worm has appeared (so be careful with the mails you
receive, although I'm using a webmail interface which should be safe, since it
can only send plain text), but it is now on my computer and is quite happy.
It's a Klez-like virus which managed to somehow install permissions on my
computer (I have Windows ME, so that's nonsense, but somehow it did it anyway :
((( ) which prevent me from using any program on the computer, except Internet
Explorer. My VirusScan has found the virus but cannot delete it for this
same "Permission" reason :(( . The only hope I have now is to get a Start Up
Disk to start up in DOS mode and make a scan there. According to McAfee it will
be able to get rid of the virus this way.

But I don't have a Start Up Disk!!!! :(((( I forgot to make one and now I'm
stuck because I cannot access the program that can make start up disks :(((( .
So this is a cry for help! Anyone who has Windows Millenium, could you make a
start up disk and send it to me? I'll repay the shipping costs and will send a
disk to replace the one you used (and you will have my eternal gratefulness,
and even more!!!) It is my last hope to save my computer. I have nearly 20Gb of
important files that I was about to burn on CD, but I cannot access the CD
burner either!!! :((( And what about the Conlang Journal? The files are safe
(the virus doesn't attack files, it just makes life complicated by preventing
access to programs) but without access to the programs I cannot do anything
with them :((( . So if anyone is willing to help me, please contact me
