morphems ?

sorry for my stupid question but wheres the border betwee morphems and
other "noises" of human mouths ?
like
a "cats hiss",              [to express the feeling of a forewarn]
a "spit sound" ,            [to express the feeling of scorn,disrespect]
a "fart sound" ,            [to express the feeling frustration]
a "donald duck quak sound", [to express the feeling of joy]
a "guttural hum",           [to express the feeling of satisfaction]
a "guttural growl",         [to express the feeling of anger]
etc.

arent this linguistical elements as well ?
are their lists about them at all ?
