VOCABULARY AID: Basic and Additional Vocabulary (in general)

Hello!
After some people have asked me offlist to send them the
file I keep those words in, I decided to put it up on my
server although it's not ready yet. I hope I'll even one
lucky day translate all the words, which would be an
enormous boost on (for?) my dictionary of course!
