These days, my computer crashes whenever it's exposed to any software that's incompatible with Windows. I've got Windows 2000 (Professional). Are there free IPA fonts on the internet that work with that operating system? Also, is there a free word-generating program that is also Windows 2000 compatible? Thanks to anyone who answers this!
