Well, I don't see why you couldn't use "ambidextrous" seeing as the word really means something like "two right hands." One right hand for some stuff, another for the rest... Although if you were predominantly left-handed but used your right for some stuff, maybe you'd want to call it "ambisinistrous" instead.
