I've just wrapped up the first release candidate for Kura 2.0. It's pretty
much complete except for documentation and an installation script.
New features:
* No longer needs MySQL (but still can use it) -- you can use files
instead.
* Export of data to docbook sgml
* Drag from kura and drop in you editor.
* Working interlinear editor
* Lots of bugfixes
* grammar project: combine Kura and docbook to generate
pdf & html documents. (This project isn't quite there:
it works for me, but no docs, and it needs a lot extra.)
Removed features:
* Windows support. Can't afford this anymore.
* Parse sets
* Style codes for interlinear rendering
* The kura webserver.
You can get it at: http://www.valdyas.org/linguistics
I expect a final release in a few weeks.
