It seems pretty standard to me: [t]/C [-voice]____, and [d]/C [+voice].
The exceptions, of course, being much-used, very common "strong" verbs, e.g.
"to feel">"felt". How about "to smell"? I have "smelled" (after all,
"smelting" is completely different).
