I know this is a typo, but I just wanted to register what an admirable
word you have created here. The familiar Greek prefix "phono-" coupled
to the utterly un-Greek and un-English "loyg" -- /oi/ has a very
restricted distribution in English -- gives the whole a marvelously
conlangy feel.
