Updated Tirelat script page

I've updated the Tirelat script page, which has links to audio examples
(MP3 files) of the sounds of all the letters of the Tirelat alphabet.
This page also illustrates the current version of Tirelat romanization.
Each word is written in Vlika (the Tirelat alphabet), romanization, and
IPA, with an English translation. Installing the Vlika font (from the link
at the top of the page) is recommended for best results, but you can still
get an idea of what the alphabet looks like from the PNG image (which shows
the basic IPA sound of each letter).
