Wow! That's mighty restricted! I remember *my* first conlang was
basically English with a few "exotic" sounds, IIRC:
/?/
/t_l/ (lateral affricate - Klingon tlh)
/x/ or /X/ (I can't remember)
/r/ (trill)
/Z/
/l_j/
/G/
I don't think I had /N/, but other than that, I had every English
consonant, and most of the vowels.
