Stone Dance of the Chameleon

Has anyone else visited this website, or read this trilogy of books?  The
Conlang section is under Quya, the court language of the master race in the
Stone Dance of the Chameleon.  I have not examined it in depth, but it
looks as fantastic and exotic as the books themselves.  I'm not sure if the
third book is released yet.
