Thrice true. It is not a syntax - it is a fragment of a morphology;
it is not "near-optimal" - it is a mix of a few good ideas and a naive
phonology; and the example sentences don't look like a loglang.

What you see here is actually rather a weakness of mine. I tend to start
all sorts of projects, but lack the follow-through, and have so many
different projects going at any time that most of them never get anywhere ;-)
