As an experiment to make a language easily lip-readible I made the self-segregating language Pikutu with 6 phonemes a, i, u, p, t, k: http://galimathias.free.fr P is for any labial, t for any dental and k for anything not joining the lips or moving the tongue. I could speak a few words of it. µ.
