This was probably sarcastic, but I'll treat it as if it were serious. I
don't see anyone could be prevented from porting the GPL version to Windows;
it'd just take some work, I guess. I've had that idea myself, and would try
my hand at it if I had any experience at all in this sort of thing, which I
don't. I wonder how hard it is to make it compile in cygwin in its present
state...
