You don't need to get it separately - if you download PyQt for
Windows you'll find Qt is included. This is not strictly legal,
I think, and it's the last binary version of PyQt that will be
made available - and it has a couple of problems, amongst which
a bug that means Kura can crash when using the interlinear text
editor. (But there's little chance you will lose data: everything
is saved in the database automatically.)
Oh, zut - I see Phil Thompson, the author has just updated
PyQt to version 2.3, and you can't get a windows version at
all. PyQt has changed to BlackAdder, and I have to buy a
business license at $400,- in order to be able to distribute
Kura for Windows, and I'm not going to invest that amount
of money without sponsors, since I don't need a Windows version
myself.
In the meantime, I'll put up the Windows binaries at:
