If you vote on the policy proposals, please also weigh in on: about how the votes should be counted in cases where no option gets an outright majority.

You can only vote if you have a user login. So far there is no specific talk about the login having to already exist before the vote started, but I suspect that will come up if several new users vote and their votes are critical in one or more close cases. -- Jim Henry ...Mind the gmail Reply-to: field
