En réponse à Carsten Becker :
your mail has been received (at least by me) and is still there in my
mailbox. I just haven't had time to look further into it to reply (you're
asking pretty difficult questions! I don't understand half of what you're
saying! I must admit whe it comes to .map files I'm a complete newbie. I
tried once to learn about them and ended up more frustated than anything
else. And since MiKTeX handles everything automatically and transparently,
I didn't go any further... yet...). So don't worry, it has not been taken
as spam :) .
As for not receiving any digests, I guess that since your post has been the
last one until now, you can't expect to receive anything :) . The list is
just in one of those periods of calm before the storm. I was kind of hoping
your post would bring such a storm, but it seems you raised up questions
that are just too hard for us and we are too ashamed to admit we can't help
I'm still planning to look further and possibly learn enough about .map
files to answer your questions, but it will take a while. Have patience! :)
You need a straight mind to invent a twisted conlang.
