Thank you both for your advice. Joe, I'm mostly interested in
conlanging, but not only. I haven't read much about philosophical
languages or IALs in general (only scattered bits of information)
and I'd certainly like to get something about it, though I'd prefer
more about artlangs... but this is a good chance of having some
information in one book in my shelf, instead of in a lot of text
files or downloaded pages all over my HD (and my head).
Sally, I just bought the book. There were two editions, both of
them paperback, but one was larger and with a fancier cover. The
translator was the same, so I chose the cheap one, but it had a
little blur around the title, so I asked the bookstore guy to get
me another copy, and after ten minutes of searching the deposit
at the back of the shop, he couldn't find any, so he cut 20% off
the price and now I've got an almost perfect new book for $9.60
(and a stupid smile in my face :)
