Spelling Changes

But remember Shakespeare had some 20 ways he spelled his name, and
Elizabethan English had a major problem with spelling problems, of
course the Dictionarians tried to help, but all they did was add a while
lot of French/Latin/Greek words and not use the native English, mainly
cause they wanted to feel important, to have a hidden and secret lingo
that only they could figure out, sort of a way to make sure a Doctor
could be known not only by his skill (compared to today, lack of it)but
by his lingo. I will admit spelling reform is needed, but also spelling
standards need to be maintained to a degree, but.. Old things on the
ground are mud, and will be built on. But should we worship the past?
Instead of making the reforms now versus later when it is harder to
make. English is one of the easiest lingos to learn, but one of the
hardest to spell and its punctuation and like is not much easier..
