Let's see... In Hawaiian, there's a particle inserted into certain types of phrases
which is pronounced [si], even though Hawaiian has no [s]. In Arabic, a dental
click is used to mean "no". Oh, and in Spanish, if you want to express extreme
resentment, then you take whatever sentence you're speaking and change all the
stops to glottal stops. They're then written with apostrophes. Example:

No puedo creerlo!  (I can't believe it!  [That you would do such a thing])

becomes...

No 'ue'o 'reerlo!

Other than that, nope; never heard of it.
