The first one's very pretty, though wouldn't work so well as a flag.
The second one would, however. I kind of like it: Bright, colorful, and
has a book. I imagine that it could have a bookless variant (just like
Spain has two versions of its flag: One with a seal, and one without).
I think it's a worthy addition (the second one).
