one of my older conlangs has: Nom., Accu., Dative, Benefactive, Genitive, Posessive, Ablative, Allative, Vocative and Insrumental. how many in you personal opinions is too many? most of the time i prefer to keep it down to Nom./Accu., Dative, Posessive and Instrumental.
