Spoken programming language

I was looking up the BASIC programming language, and I thought that
something like BASIC could double as a spoken language with some major
adjustments. An example of something like this would be:

                                      seko :monan:

                      Which would translate into:

                                      print "hello"

                           or just:

                                     (I say)  Hello
