keep in mind that this list is at least in part generated by taking a
concept and modifying it with affixes for things like "by birth/by heart",
"well/badly/uneventfully", "with evil intent/with good intent", "for good
reasons/for bad reasons/for foolish reasons/despite negative circumstances",
"finally, coming as a relief" etc (those may not be entirely accurate;
that's just my inference on looking at the list). Basically, it's a system
of productive derivation of words, which in the end may be more helpful
than any bare list of words could be.
