bac on the other hand has words for 'male relative of older generation',
'male relative of same generation' and 'male relative of younger
generation', and likewise for female and common sex.
the form is, where sac=male person, sec=boy and soc=adult man, and
sot=I, giving the suffix =-ot:
sochot=my father, stepfather, adopted father, father-in-law, uncle,
grandfather &c
sachot=my brother, cousin, stepbrother, half-brother, brother-in-law,
boyfriend, lover, partner, husband &c
sechot=my son, stepson, nephew, grandson, adopted son, &c
if not specified however, the basic meaning are father; brother/lover;
son. if you need to be specific you would use the person's name !
the possessive suffix is compulsory for this type of word, and varies
depending on person related to.
anyone have an even more basic system ?

Yes. Lojban has three separate predicates "x1 is born to x2"; "x1
procreates x2 with coparent x3", and "x1 is a parent to x2".
