Believe it or not, I actually did intend to talk about conlanging here.
I've been thinking about working on a new conlang using material
from Leibniz' own researches into the perfect language, and to build
into that language his general system of metaphysics. Does anyone
know of any good books on Leibniz's monadology and his studies
of language? I've already the discussion of Leibniz's forays into
conlinguisics in Umberto Eco's _The Search for the Perfect Language_;
are there any other more sizeable works on the subject (specifically
about Leibniz, I mean)?
