names for cases

I'm looking for names for cases with the meanings indicated below.
I do have ideas for some of them, but am not sure.  Any help much
appreciated!

"across"	translative means something different in Finnish,
	see <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Translative>
"respectively"	respective -- I find no confirmation of this.
"on top"	superessive -- I'm almost certain on this one!
"under"	subessive -- no confirmation but should be!
"in under"	sublative seems to mean something else

"outside"	
"before"	
"after"
