The email addresses seem to be still valid, but I have received no response.
The website is no longer up.  A "whois" query returns the following info
about the registered domain owner:

Registrant: Diebach Publishing and Printing
                45821 Classic Way
                Temcula, CA 92592
                (909) 676-6046

The administrative contact is Don Dieffenbacher at the same address.

Although they were once listed as a Yahoo Vendor, they no longer are.  An
anonymous answering machine answered the phone each time I called giving no
indication that this was a place of business.

Good luck getting anything back from this phantom.
