Well, I don't think that that one's on TV, but lots of anime
have been
imported on tape. I haven't seen that one, but I've heard
of it.
What's so controversial and weird about it?

in the real world i work with a channel, --inaccurately--
called "Mangas". it
airs NGE, Escaflowne, Cobra, etc. it's a popular
channel (around 550,000 subscribers). there has been a huge
mangas-animé fair in Paris (La Villette) in november
which drew more than 40,000 people in 3 days.
thousands couldn't get in. i was there too and many people
wanted more of those animes....but told me they couldn't get
much of the plot though!
