Announcing the open beta of CALS

CALS, the Conlang Atlas of Language Structures, is hereby in open
beta. That means, there are still things that could be better, but
it's good enough to start using.

Report bugs and ask for enhancements and changes at "Bugs and
features", not by email.

Whenever there's an error-message saying that the server can't be
reached/is gone, it's been restarted in order to fix a bug or add
something new, so that's not a bug to report.
