I (AUian) would've done something like 'Yrr muthr was a haiemstr endja
fathr smelt of eldrberies' for JF. For Joe's, the divergences would be
minimal (an apostrophe for the glottal stop, maybe writing the yours as
'yaw' (/jo:/ being an affected pronunciation), maybe using 'fahther' or
'farther' for 'father'.

I say [j@"m6D@ w@z@"h&:mst@-r\-@Jj@"f6:d@ sm&lt @v "&ld@b(e)riz or [...
h&mst@ &ndZ@ ...]. Any schwa in a word before the primary stress is
minor and may alternate with syllabic consonants or null.

(On another note, I heard somesay ways 'bicker' for 'quicker' on the bus
today, but they had a thick asian accent along with it, so I wouldn't
think anything of it. The funny thing was the 'b' sounded like a perfect
English /b/ whereas all the rest of the voiced stops and a bounce to
them. Also, while waiting for the bus somone said to me, ["brAd`@ "wOts
"t`ud`ez d`et`]. Had no idea what it meant.)
