Don't blame us! It only cos _you_ haven't taken up the
banner of the Japanese Empire, or the Hawaiian
Kingdom, or any of the other juicy possibilities
awaiting the intrepid explorer in IB's SE Asia!
It should be noted that in the "Minor Countries"
section, there are a few hints at what awaits the bold
traveller in that undiscovered country.
