We came up with "numinist". I.e., one who believes in
some kind of Other power, be it gods or angels or
leprechauns, even nonpersonified forces; but is much
broader than "theist" can define.
I suppose we'd have to also coin "anuminist" as well -
one who either denies entirely the possibility of
numina; or else simply doesn't believe in them. Thank
the Numina that "agnostic" is broad enough to not
require a nother new word!
