Piktok to English Dictionary added

My pictographic conlang site for Piktok:
http://fiziwig.com/piktok.html now has the beginnings
of a Piktok to English dictionary, along with some
instructios and examples for finding the "lotep"
dictionary index number of a glyph.  Also added is my
own glyph drawing program for Windows, which is pretty
primative at this point, but works well for what it
does.

I have also included "unknown" glyphs for which the
English translation is not yet known.  These
mysterious glyphs have defied translation so far, but
I reamin optimistic that we will know what they mean
eventually.
