Well, it could happen. Vast numbers of Hindi/Urdu as well as Dravidian speakers imported by the computer industry; not to mention convenience store (Apu in The Simpsons) and motel owners (to the extent that _some_ motels along our highways advertise themselves as "American Owned", as if it matters. Hmmph.) Perhaps in North American speech in Ill Bethisad there are more borrowings from Lakota, Navajo, Choctaw, maybe even the amazing Salishan languages than is the case at present. ;_))))
