I've seen people give estimates of the number of Esperanto pages on
the web based on searches for "+la +kaj".
And when looking for Maltese words in context, adding "hi" or "hu" as
a second search phrase makes it more likely, in my experience, for the
result to contain more Maltese pages than not. (Though occasionally,
depending on the spelling of the other search phrase, I might get
pages of romanised Arabic, too.)
