Yes, /T/ is written with c-hook (sorta like a cedille). /K/ is
difficulter...I have it in Madzhi, and for the moment I'm using p-hook,
but obviously that's not satisfactory. I've been entertaining the idea of
using shcha for /K/, since Madzhi can't have /S/ and /tS/ together, and
Bulgarian uses shcha to show /St/...but there is also the possibility of
using the Cyrillic psi for /K/...
