I just thought I'd mention that an old "conlang" of mine called _Prandzh_ - it
was really only a naming language, and IIRC every single word created was a
noun or an adjective - had the diphthong [ay]. The only words containing it I
can now recall was _Londayd_ [,lOn.'dayd], the name of a politico-economical
faction, and the derived adj _londaydzh_. I even thought myself to pronounce
[ay] properly ...
