For various reasons, I'd rather that not be public information until
after the conference.

Anonymity / psuedonymity etc is of course totally at your discretion,
and probably not a problem.

I would just ask that people keep in mind that they are talking to a
journalist, not a conlanger, and that they are interested in getting a
story - not necessarily in the details of how various conlangs work
per se. Let's try to ensure the story is a positive one, palatable to
a mainstream audience.
