Now this was a challenge! I work for Brooks/Cole (as of last week),
so I called my boss and asked him about it. It's not in our catalog.
So, I called our Customer Service, it's listed as "no longer our
publication". The CS rep refered me to Kluwer Academic. So, I called
Kluwer, who gave me an isbn 0-412-98941-7 and then said it wasn't
theirs anymore either and refered me to CRC Press. Onwards to CRC
Press, who said the above ISBN was still valid and that the book was
available from them at the price of $41.95. Their phone number is
1-800-272-7737.
