<<Efferent and Afferent just tell you where the action
is going in relation to the speaker (not the subject,
note).>>

So, here's the first thing I thought of, being a writer of fiction: What
about the 3rd person? So, say you have someone relating a story (a very
boring story, but a story nonetheless):

"Sally gives the packagae to Jim."

Now, by your rules, this would be taken care of by the exfferrent (that
"xff" looks really weird... I like it). Yet, you'd use the same,
theoretically, for "Jim gives the package to Sally" or "The package gives
Sally to Jim" (I'm thinking of a betrothing society here). So, would there
be no way to distinguish by subject if the speaker is an observer which way
the action is moving? And if so, how do you indicate the passive, which you
said was taken care of by the afferent?
