LLL Weekly Update #03/2004

Hallo!

Since my last weekly update, the following has happened in the LLL:

Paul Bennett uploaded a page about Thagojian to the Conlang Wiki;
Isaac Penzev introduced Kuman Tyli; I posted some facts about Caucasian
languages (meant as a source of inspiration for those exploring the
lost pre-IE languages of Europe); Christian Thalmann announced
some notes on the grammar of Hairo.
