NATLANG: Dutch Use of Accents

Heyall!

I'd just like to say that i was randomly surfing the web, reading
forums (fora? fori?) and i came across a post by a Netherlandser, in a
forum whose de-facto official language is English, where he used that
'put accents on stressed words in the sentence' rule that people here
seem to like so much.

But i don't think anyone there noticed.  ;)
