- My (Windows) computer shows most of the characters fine, except in the text where it describes the shift from velar to uvular in I-ra-n~. (what about in Iraq? ;-) ) There, the |eng|, |small-caps N|, |chi|, |phi|, |schwa|, and |barred-i| come out as boxes, as does the combining tilde.
