Everything's well for me.
I use Windows 98 [Version 4.10.1998] and I tried with Internet Explorer 6.0
[Version 6.0.2800.1106IS] and with Mozilla 1.0 [Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U;
Win98; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020530].
Only one little problem: with Mozilla the combining tilde is higher than
with IE.
