Vlachs

After searching some lexicons, it appears that everybody agrees that the
Vlachs indeed are Romance-speakers, and that the ethnonym is just a variant
of "Wallachians". It also appears that these words are related to "Welsh",
etc.
So either "Vlachs" and "Vlax" aren't the same, whoever said (lost the
original mail, sorry) the "Vlax" were Romani was wrong, or something is
really strange somewhere.
