The teacher of Spanish 102 when I took it at the local community college was a native of Andalucia who had done doctorate work in España. She pronounced her "ll" and "y" as [dZ]. And of course she had the exaggerated "ci, ce, z" [T] (exaggerated for my native American ears). Ben
